When is my parking and shuttle request confirmed?
Learn what the operator must confirm before a parking and shuttle request becomes a reservation.
Wait for an explicit confirmation
Submitting the BWOOPS form sends a request. It does not hold a parking stall, reserve a shuttle seat, place a restaurant order, or take payment. The operating team must check the date, parking space, rider count, departure window, and any requested food with the responsible operator or partner.
A useful confirmation should identify which services are accepted, the date, location, rider count, time and boarding instructions, the total price, and what to do if plans change. Treat a service as booked only after you receive those details and complete any stated payment step.
