What should I plan the night before?
A simple evening sequence for choosing parking, shuttle seats, train timing, and optional food.
Build one clear itinerary
First, check your intended BART route and any service advisories. Second, choose a parking date and confirm your vehicle details. Third, request the number of shuttle seats your group actually needs. Fourth, choose a return window. Only then add an optional breakfast or dinner request.
Keep confirmations together, but look for separate statuses: parking, each shuttle leg, and food should each say confirmed, pending, or unavailable. A single “request received” screen does not establish all four. In the morning, recheck traffic and leave extra time for the first trip while the service is new.
