How do I request a parking space?
Know what information to prepare for a parking request and what makes a space confirmed.
Prepare the essentials
Choose a weekday date, identify your vehicle, and provide a way to reach you if the plan changes. If you also need transportation, give the number of riders and both morning and return preferences. A stall and shuttle seat are different kinds of capacity; one does not automatically establish the other.
The trip planner collects those details as a request. At this stage, it must not be treated as a confirmed booking or a paid reservation. Wait for a clear confirmation with entry instructions and a reference number before relying on the space.
If your plans change, contact BWOOPS with the original request details so the operating team can assess availability. Do not send payment-card details by email.
