About BWOOPS | Why we started
BWOOPS began with a simple idea: commuters should have an easier way to plan the first part of a BART trip when station-area parking is limited.
Why we started.
We saw a practical gap between getting to West Oakland BART and finding a place to leave the car. BWOOPS was created to connect nearby parking with a planned shuttle ride, then make optional coffee and breakfast part of the same request.
That is the value proposition: one place to plan the pieces, clear choices about what you need, and operator confirmation before anything is treated as booked. The larger seal marks the purpose behind the service; the landscape logo remains the everyday website and navigation mark.
One plan, more choice
Request parking at 500 Grand, a shuttle seat to West Oakland BART, and optional coffee or breakfast from a local partner through one trip-planning flow. Choose only the parts that fit your day; each service is confirmed separately before it is booked.
Time is the value
Our goal is to take friction out of the commute—not to promise a fixed number of minutes saved. Planning ahead can make the morning easier to organize and leave more room for what matters to you. Ride times and service availability can vary.
Clear, independent service
500 Grand Parking Inc operates the lot. BWOOPS coordinates customer requests and shuttle preferences; operators verify parking and seats, and the café confirms any food request. A request is not a reservation until you receive explicit confirmation and payment instructions.
BWOOPS is an independent service, not operated or endorsed by BART. The 500 Grand Live Social Club is a separate membership experience with its own terms. Errand services are coming soon and are not part of the current BWOOPS booking.
