BWOOPS is an independent service concept that coordinates an off-site parking request, an optional shuttle request to West Oakland BART, and optional prepared-food requests. The service is intended to reduce the separate steps a commuter has to arrange.
The lot is operated by 500 Grand Parking Inc. Parking, shuttle seats, and food requests have separate availability and confirmation steps.
Designed around clear confirmation
Use the trip form to tell the operator what you need. The operator checks parking and shuttle capacity, and a food provider must separately accept any selected food. Your request becomes a reservation only after you receive explicit confirmation and payment instructions.
Independent service
BWOOPS is not represented here as an official BART-operated or BART-endorsed service. Use BART channels for train schedules, fares, station rules, and BART-operated programs.
